We used We Mean Clean for a move in clean a couple of weeks ago before moving into our new house. The house was post construction, so the floors were pretty dirty. I reached out for a quote via the website and Veselka was quick to respond and very communicative and flexible around scheduling changes. Fani and Vania came to clean our house and they did a fantastic job! They were incredibly professional and because I could not stay at the house, they took my phone number so they could give me an update at the end of the clean since we still had contractor guys working on the basement. They left the whole house very clean and move in ready so we didn't have to do anything. Floors, inside closets and cabinets, blinds, kitchen, and bathrooms were all sparkling and ready to be lived in. They even asked the workers in the basement to take their shoes off when coming upstairs so they don't dirty the clean floors (they said no but points for trying!). I would definitely recommend We Mean Clean. I plan to work with them again in the future.

Was so happy to find We Mean Clean. They were very fast to respond, were able to come on short notice, and did a fantastic job. I came into town to help my aunt clean and organize her home after my grandmother passed away. With my aunt going through chemo, and my grandmother being sick for the past year, their home had fallen into complete disarray and there was no one who had been able to clean or organize my grandmother's things for donation. I have been using We Mean Clean for my office space in Northbrook since 2015. Veselka has had a small team come EVERY WEEK for the last FIVE YEARS like clockwork. Even after all this time, I still look forward to the days of the week when they come, as I know it will be a good day and the office will look and smell fantastic. I don't think I have ever been anything but THRILLED with the end result, and have never had to to so much as nitpick her work. It is absolutely imperative that my entire office--including the eight individual offices, three large conferece rooms, kitchenette, lounge, reception area, small bathroom etc. etc. reception area, are ALL totally SPOTLESS--as this is where I meet with current and prospective clients, and you are fooling yourself if you think potential clients do not take notice of the state of your office. Veselka and co. have helped me maintain my obsessive attention to detail and cleanliness when it comes to courting potential new clients. Sometimes, if I am having a potential client come for a meeting and it is a client that I very much want to add to my book of business, I will enlist Veselka and co. especially for this task, as I know she really "gets it" as to why I need my office to look a certain way before such a potentially monumental and highly significant event like entertaining a new heavy-hitting client.

I mean this when I say it: Veselka and all of the girls at We Mean Clean add to my business and are just as much a part of my success as anyone. They play a role that they don't even know they play (I suppose now they will!). There is no good reason NOT to hire We Mean Clean, except it you really love to clean, wash dishes and vacuum. Personally, I'd rather keep that for the professionals while I focus on what I am good at.

"We recently renovated our townhouse and were in serious need of a deep clean. Our entire townhouse was dusty from all the construction debris and it needed some good ol' TLC. I found We Mean Clean on Yelp and based on other reviews, I decided to give them a shot and WOW am I happy I did. Originally I was going to go through Molly Maid because they were the most recognizable name I had seen, however they were charging 3x as much as We Mean Clean was. They quickly priced themselves out of my budget. Also after reading their reviews, I felt it wouldn't have been worth it. So We Mean Clean it was. I spoke to Veselka and we moved the conversation to text. Honestly, being able to text her what I needed and book the cleaning in 5 minutes was so quick and easy. I'm always on the move so being able to text her what I needed was a nice added touch. She let me know Victoria was going to clean my place and we set a time for 3 days later. We had scheduled the cleaning to begin between 9 and 9:30am and to my wife's surprise, Victoria was already waiting outside the townhouse at 8:50am. Promptness always earns respect in my book. She is a workhorse. Although our townhouse didn't have many items in it, there was dust everywhere. She really paid attention to detail and even vacuumed inside our kitchen cabinets to pick up all the wood dust there, something a lot of other cleaning services won't do. When my wife came back to the townhouse, she was shocked at how clean it looked and how nice it smelled (nothing quite beats that just cleaned smell). All in all it took a little over 4 hours to clean the living room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The place was spotless and now the moving in can finally begin. We are very satisfied with our service and the icing on the cake was the call I received from Veselka immediately after Victoria was done cleaning. She called to ask how we liked the cleaning and if we had any feedback we can provide to her. This is what you call service. You have earned a customer and we will definitely be requesting Victoria in the future and referring her to everyone we know. Thank you so much!"
